The Ink (your writing prompt): Freedom

  • Imagine your nervous system is completely rewired, spacious, and settled one year from today. From that steady place, what does the very first hour of your morning look and feel like?

    Expansion Cues:

        Script the dream morning. Step away from the rushed morning routine. In this future state, how do your feet hit the floor? What is the quality of your thoughts before you look at a screen?

        The somatic imprint: Write down the exact physical feeling of waking up without a baseline of urgency or dread. In your own words: compose a promise to yourself to reset to peace before you even rise out of bed in the morning.
