  • Describe a physical space from your past or present where your body instantly knew it didn't have to defend itself. What did it smell, look, and feel like? What physical change do you sense in your body when you send your mind there?”

      Expansion Cues:

       Lean into the micro-details. Was it a specific porch, a car ride in the rain, a grandparent's living room, or your current yoga mat? Write down the lighting, the temperature, and the sounds of that sanctuary.

        The somatic check-in: What happened to your breath, your jaw, and your stomach when you crossed the threshold into that space?
