  • If your daily energy and attention were a physical house, which room are you over-furnishing, and which room has been completely left in the dark? How does that reflect the de-prioritization of your deepest self?

     Expansion Cues:

        Walk through the layout. The 'Office' might have luxury furniture and high energy, while the 'Creativity Studio,' the 'Rest Sub-basement,' the ‘Gym,’ or the 'Playroom' is covered in dust. Describe what those neglected rooms look like right now.

        The shift: What is one small, ordinary piece of "furniture" (a boundary, a 10-minute ritual) you can place in that dark room today? How will you wake up your truest priorities?
