  • Look closely at your own hands right now. Whose hands do you see in yours? What is a piece of quiet wisdom or resilience those hands passed down to you that you still carry today?

    Expansion Cues:

        Observe the physical lineage. Do you see your mother’s knuckles, your father’s palms, or a grandparent’s gestures? Write about what those hands built, carried, or survived.

        The legacy: How do you use your own hands today to carry that same resilience forward into your life and career?
