The Asana: Finding Grace

The Ink (your writing prompt): Loving Kindness

  • Write a brief, radical letter of apology to your physical body for the specific ways you have forced it to rush over the last year, and how you have ‘spoken’ to this one amazing vessel you have been given.

    Expansion Cues:

Acknowledge the moments of overdrive. Speak to your body like a dear friend. Apologize for the skipped lunches, the ignored tension headaches, or the times you forced it to perform when it was begging for rest.

The vow: Finish the letter with a single, simple promise of how you will advocate for its pace (and peace) moving forward.
