  • What is something your soul is quietly whispering 'yes' to right now, but your logical, busy mind keeps trying to protect you from?

      Expansion Cues:

        Listen to the nudge. It doesn't have to be a massive life upheaval; it could be a creative project, a lifestyle shift, a desire for deeper silence, or a new boundary. What is that soft voice saying?

        Expose the logic: What story is your busy mind telling you to keep you "safe" and comfortable in your current loop?
